A Progressive Approach to Home Building in Kelowna

Progressive Construction for Smarter Builds

Dynamic Constructors was founded in 2018 for the purpose of constructing better buildings with more sustainable techniques within a faster time frame.

In order to accomplish these principles, we rely upon training and techniques from outside the construction industry. Our research and development, meeting and scheduling proficiency, and learning culture enable us to deliver superior built environments.

We firmly believe that a thorough and thoughtful design and an extensive sustainable methodology can be incorporated into any building, no matter the budget.

Sandra Matlock, Sales Manager

Originally hailing from Regina and later calling Kelowna her home since 2004, Sandra brings a wealth of experience to the real estate and construction industry. With two decades spent in the food service sector, dealing with the intricacies of restaurant kitchen construction and renovations, Sandra transitioned into the Sales and Marketing Manager with McKinley Beach and Performance Dynamics in 2014. Her true passion lies in connecting with homeowners, assisting them in realizing their dream homes and witnessing the transformation from land and conceptual drawings to the triumphant moment of handing over the keys. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, camping, and cheering on her three children in various sports in Kelowna and throughout the province.

Ward Frost, Senior Project Manager

Ward Frost is a seasoned residential construction project manager with over a decade of invaluable experience in the dynamic realm of residential and commercial construction. Originally from the sunny shores of Western Australia, Ward embarked on a transformative journey that led him to Canada, where he embraced the beauty of the Great White North over two decades ago, making Canada his cherished home.

With a deep-seated passion for transforming architectural dreams into tangible structures, he thrives on the intricate dance of managing, coordinating, and problem-solving that construction demands. He possesses the unique ability to navigate the labyrinth of competing interests, ensuring each project evolves seamlessly from blueprint to reality.

Beyond the blueprints and hard hats, in his spare time, he can be found revelling in the Canadian outdoors with his wife and two kids, whether basking in the summer’s warmth or conquering the slopes during the winter months. Ward is more than a construction manager; he’s a maestro of dreams, a devoted family man, and a true connoisseur of life’s adventures.

Additionally, He holds several credentials from the Urban Development Institute and is working on getting his licence as a residential and commercial builder.

Keyvan takes pride in helping clients accomplish their project goals by guiding them along the way. Ensuring client happiness, project success, and a commitment to completing projects on schedule and within budget are among the many things he enjoys in his career.

As a Certified Professional Accountant, Alexis has over 20 years of experience with land development, golf courses, and private utility companies. She has been an integral part of small teams that have produced award-winning communities.

Alexis views some of her greatest career achievements as being part of these teams. She has found it very rewarding to watch as conceptual designs come to life: as the first shovel is put into the ground, as the first homeowner takes possession, and as neighbours become friends. Creating places and spaces to be enjoyed by individuals and families for generations to come never ceases to inspire

Our Progressive Programs

It’s tough to argue that being more sensitive to the environment through the construction and operation of your home isn’t a smart practice. Dynamic Constructors approaches each project through the lens: How can we do this better?

Building Code Plus

Building Code Plus

Whether using additional spray foam for insulation or innovative processes such as Direct Delivery Dropbox, our construction techniques surpass people’s expectations at every turn.

Resiliency Proofing

Resiliency Proofing

Steps can be taken to future-proof your home against a changing climate. For example, installing a whole-house HEPA air filter helps in dealing with forest fire smoke, a frequent problem in recent years.

Step Code Standard

Step Code Standard

The Federal Government has set legislation for all new homes to be net-zero-ready by 2030. We adopted this standard early and have already completed dozens of Step Code homes.

Offset the Footprint

Offset the Footprint

Our team minimizes construction waste with each build. We offset the amount of wood used with replanted trees, enough to also offset the operation of your home in its first year.
