Within 48 hours of inquiring about a property, you’ll be contacted by a member of our sales team. Our associates will answer all your questions and provide a breakdown of everything you need to know about purchasing a house from us.

From viewing the digital renderings to finalizing the particulars of the contract, we’re here to guide you through the necessary steps for total peace of mind.

Introducing the Build Team

With the contract signed, you’ll be anxious to get things moving; our construction team shares your enthusiasm! When dealing with Dynamic Constructors, you communicate directly with those responsible for expediting your build. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to share with the team what you envision for your new home.

We’re happy to advise on the recommended features and finishes that will make your new property more energy-efficient and enjoyable today and in the future. From the budgeting to the final design revision and every step in between, our job isn’t done until you’re completely satisfied.

The Construction Phase

With the budget, build specifications, and our work schedule locked in, our crews will get to work on your property. Whether you’re local or situated hours away, you’ll receive comprehensive monthly updates from the job site. Clients appreciate our detailed progress reports, which include descriptions of any issues the team may have encountered. You’ll also receive photos documenting the various construction milestones along the way.

At Dynamic Constructors, transparency is key. Our project management style informs homeowners about the exact status of their home’s construction and the pending timeline. We know how anxious you are about getting to that first walkthrough. Your final inspection and orientation conclude with your approval and the official handover. Each new build includes an extensive warranty for total assurance. Any deficiencies discovered will be rectified to your satisfaction within 30 days.
