Dynamic Constructors was founded in 2018 for the purpose of constructing better buildings, with more sustainable techniques, within a faster time frame. In order to accomplish these principles, we rely upon training and techniques from outside the construction industry. Research and development, meeting and scheduling proficiency, and a learning culture all enable us to progress toward a superior built environment.

We are firm believers that with early, thorough, and thoughtful design, extensive sustainable methodology can be incorporated into any building, no matter the budget. ‘Pragmatic environmentalism’ would be an appropriate title for our approach to construction. Regardless of the history that brought us here, it’s tough to argue that being more sensitive to the environment through construction and operation of your home isn’t a smart practice. Climate change requires action regardless of the cause. We’ll help you get there.

Progressive Programs
Basic Code Plus
Through our experience in construction, we include superior building techniques. These include items as simple as additional spray foam to more innovative ideas such as our internet delivery gateway.
Resiliency Proofing
Simple steps can be taken to future-proof your home with preventative measures against a changing climate. This includes items such as HEPA air filters to deal with summer forest fire smoke and more.
Step Code Standard
In Canada, the Federal Government has set legislation aiming to bring all new homes to be Net Zero Ready by 2030. We are trained and a step ahead, adopting this standard early in many of our homes currently under construction.
Offset the Footprint
Standard with each of our buildings, we minimize construction waste, offset the wood used during the construction of your home with replanted trees, and offset the operation of your home for the first year.
R&D
We have multiple research and development projects in stream with Okanagan College and the University of British Columbia, Okanagan Campus, that can benefit your dwelling. Ask us about some of the solutions we’re creating.
